Jacek Pietrus Accounting Office provides comprehensive accounting and tax services as well as HR and payroll services. We are constantly expanding our substantive knowledge and are up to date with current changes in regulations so that the services we offer are of high quality.
As part of the services provided, the office provides clients with:
- keeping commercial books
- keeping books of revenues and expenses
- keeping flat-rate records
- payroll services
- keeping books of accounts in accordance with applicable law - the basis is accounting evidence provided by the client and evidence developed by the office on the basis of additional records
- keeping records of fixed assets
- calculation of advance payments for corporate income tax
- settlement of operations on PLN and currency bank accounts
- keeping necessary records for entities obliged to pay value added tax (VAT), also preparing and submitting declarations
- performing the necessary activities related to closing the accounting book at the end of the tax year
- preparation of a statement on the amount of income earned (loss suffered) by the corporate income tax payer
- preparation of the company's chart of accounts
- development of accounting principles
- tax services for employees employed in the enterprise
- preparation of the financial statement of the business entity
- preparation of statistical reports

- keeping the KPiR ( Keeping books of revenues and expenses) in accordance with applicable legal regulations - the basis is accounting evidence provided by the client and evidence developed by the office on the basis of additional records
- keeping records of fixed assets
- calculation of advance payments for personal income tax from self-employed persons
- settlement of operations on PLN and foreign currency bank accounts
- keeping necessary records for entities obliged to pay tax on goods and services (VAT), also preparing and submitting declarations
- reporting and settlement of social insurance with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) of persons conducting business activity
- closing the book at the end of the tax year, taking into account the physical inventory provided by the client
- preparation of a statement on the amount of income earned (loss suffered) in the tax year by a natural person
- preparation of statistical reports
- other services tailored to the individual needs of the office's clients

- settlements with the Tax Office and Social Insurance Institution
- preparation of monthly payrolls of employees employed under an employment contract
- preparation of monthly information on advance income tax from natural persons employed by the Employer
- Calculation of monthly ZUS contributions, preparation of ZUS declarations and sending them in electronic form to ZUS
- preparing at the end of each calendar year: annual files of all employees in the form of computer printouts, information on the income earned by employees and advance payments for income tax (PIT - 11/ 8B)
- service of employment of people under civil law contracts (mandate contracts, contracts for specific work)
PRICE LIST
The price list of accounting and bookkeeping services is determined on an individual basis and depends on the type of accounting records, the number of company documents to be booked, the number of employees and the business profile.
